Accommodation Fee + 5% GST (Early bird discount if you book 21 days or earlier before departure, starting from $459 per person):
- Double Room $639/per person.
- Triple Room $539/per person.
- Quad Room $489/per person.
- Single Room $1,129/per person.
- Child without bed (0-15 years old) $289/per person.

Mandatory Items + 5% GST: National Park Pass + Daily Breakfast: Adult $80 CAD/per person, Child (0-15 years old) $60 CAD/per person.
Optional Items + 5% GST:
1. Group Meals: Two lunches in the Rocky Mountain area for a total of $85 CAD/per person (must be paid at the time of booking, cannot be added later)

*You need to take the C-Train by yourself. The fee includes the Calgary C-Train ticket and admission fee. No guide.
3. Columbia Icefield Optional Activities (must be paid at the time of booking, cannot be added later)

6. Additional Checked Baggage - $50 CAD per piece (The tour fee only includes 1 carry-on + 1 checked baggage per person. Additional baggage requires a fee)

- Additional expenses due to force majeure events such as strikes, weather, and flight cancellations.

Order Modification Rules
- Cancellation/changes made 32 days or more prior to departure will incur a fee of 10% of the total order amount per person.
- Cancellation/changes made 15-31 days before departure, or withdrawal during the trip, will result in a refund amount deducted by 60% of the total order amount per person.
- Cancellations/changes/withdrawals during the trip within 14 days (inclusive) before departure will be considered an automatic forfeiture of all rights, and no fees paid will be refunded.
- Location changes are subject to availability on the dates requested by the guest, and the company reserves the right to final acceptance of any changes.
- Once a Fairmont Hotel product itinerary is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not accepted.
- The above fees are subject to additional charges resulting from any changes or cancellations, such as credit card processing fees/bank wire transfer fees, and other related expenses incurred. Reducing the number of participants, optional activities, meals, or additional hotel nights will be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
