Welcome to Qualitour
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all tours, transfers, and travel-related services provided by Qualitour Holiday Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation by us.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is generally required 30 days prior to departure. For late bookings, full payment is due at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards, E-Transfers, and bank wire transfers.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on the notice period: - More than 30 days before departure: Refund minus admin fee. - 15-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee. - 14 days or less before departure: No refund.
4. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, transportation, or accommodation due to weather, traffic, or force majeure events to ensure client safety and comfort.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
Qualitour acts as an agent and is not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, or damage to property beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
