Accommodation Fee + 5% GST (Early bird discount if you book 21 days or earlier before departure, starting from $459 per person):

3. Banff Area Optional Activities (Must be paid at the time of booking, cannot be added later, applicable to travelers departing after May 01)

4. Banff Area Mid/Post-Tour Optional Activities (Limited to departures from May to mid-September, Banff drop-off/pick-up)
-Banff 2.5-hour Sunset + Night View Photography/Wildlife Tour (Minimum 4 people) - PHOTO - $79 CAD/per person (Applicable to travelers departing between May and September 10)
5. Additional Checked Baggage - $50 CAD per piece (The tour fee includes only 1 carry-on + 1 checked baggage per person, additional baggage requires payment)

Order Modification Rules
- If you cancel or change your reservation 32 days or more before departure, the fee is 10% of the total order amount per person.
- Cancellation/changes made 15-31 days before departure, or withdrawal during the trip, will result in a refund amount deducted by 60% of the total order amount per person.
- Cancellations/changes/withdrawals during the trip within 14 days (inclusive) before departure will be considered an automatic forfeiture of all rights, and no fees paid will be refunded.
- Location changes are subject to availability on the dates requested by the guest, and the company reserves the right to final acceptance of any changes.
- Once a Fairmont Hotel product itinerary is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not accepted.
- The above fees are subject to additional charges resulting from any changes or cancellations, such as credit card processing fees/bank transfer wire fees, and other related expenses incurred. Reducing the number of participants, optional activities, meals, or additional hotel nights will be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
